Endocrine-disrupting compounds in tap water. LED lighting that quietly suppresses melatonin for hours before you even try to sleep. EMF exposure from devices most people never think twice about.

    Here's what struck me most: the longevity community is incredibly rigorous about what goes into the body — supplements, peptides, cold protocols, glucose monitoring. But almost no one is asking what the environment around the body is doing overnight, while the repair work is actually happening.

    You can't out-supplement a home that's working against you. You can take every right thing and still be fighting uphill if the space where you sleep, breathe, and recover is adding chronic low-grade stress to your system.
